Changemakers are those who step up to make a positive change in the world. Research shows, though, that not all changemakers achieve this by shaking the earth – it seems it also comes from those who are committed to their purpose and continue moving forward, even when the future is unclear. The findings reveal they share several important mindset commonalities, including how they perceive themselves, how they relate to others, and how they are oriented to action.

Based on her original research, Kara Exner will share what she unearthed about changemaker mindsets and the themes she has uncovered along the way. Supporting the discovery, Melissa Casey will bring a lens of Emotional Intelligence and aspects of neuroscience to deepen our exploration of these findings. Join us on this guided journey of sharing and discussion as we boost our curiosity, learn simple mindset models, elevate our reflective practice, and learn how we can leverage changemakers’ mindsets – both for ourselves and our clients as we navigate a world chock-full of uncertainty.

Who will benefit: Coaches, HR Professionals, Leaders across all sectors, Aspiring Changemakers
