Zoom Webinar

Calgary, AB

We live in one world and indeed share one planet.  But our senses mislead us if we conclude that we all experience the same reality and that we all see the world in the same way.  If we did, solutions that worked for one would work for all, and we’d just need to provide enough facts or education, or the same type of incentives to resolve any argument or motivate people to change.  In reality, as far as communication and motivation are concerned, we have not one world but three.

These Three Worlds are hidden because they are not physical but psychological.  What divides them are our most deeply held beliefs about what is really important - our Values.

Join Values expert, Hugh Evans, for a half-day workshop to learn about the Three Worlds and their implications for navigating a VUCA world.

The workshop will explain and reveal the Values that drive an individual’s decisions, actions, desires and ultimately the search for fulfillment in life.  Participants will develop:

  • Applied empathy – the ability to “walk in another’s shoes”
  • Values-based listening, questioning and rapport building skills to tap into what is innately important to others
  • An understanding of how values differ and can be used to improve communication, work satisfaction and performance.
  • Clarity about how differing Individual Values will react and respond to VUCA environments.

*All participants will also receive a personalized Values Modes™ report.

Who will benefit most from this session:  Coaches, HR Professionals and Change Management Professionals
