What an incredible evening! On June 4th, the ICF Calgary community gathered in the beautiful boardroom at the Calgary Petroleum Club for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). ✨
We are so grateful to each and every one of our members who stepped away from their client work to invest their time in our collective future. Coming together in person provided the perfect backdrop for reconnecting, catching up with old friends, and welcoming vibrant new faces to our coaching community.
Honouring Our Journey & Celebrating Our Growth
Our 2025–2026 President, Moji Ajele, led us through a powerful review of our chapter’s operations and achievements over the past year. It was a proud moment to step back and celebrate a phenomenal year of progress for our members, including:
🌐The successful launch of our brand new website.
🤝High-value, high-energy in-person networking events.
📖 Delivering 16.5 valuable CCE Hours to support our community’s professional development!
A truly standout moment of the evening was Moji’s heartfelt tribute to our leadership team. She spotlighted our ICF Calgary Board of Directors, celebrating them as the true engine behind our chapter’s success, and thanked this phenomenal group of volunteers for their strategic brilliance and tireless dedication.
Of course, a chapter is nothing without its community. Our milestones rely entirely on you – our members. Your incredible support, consistent attendance, and high energy throughout the year are what truly bring our chapter to life!
The Future of ICF Calgary is Bright: 2026–2027 Vision
We wrapped up the evening by looking ahead as our incoming President, Peggy Mann, took the stage to share an inspiring vision and mission for the upcoming year. Moving forward, our chapter’s strategic priorities are directly inspired by what we heard from our community:
🎯Community-Driven Programming: Focusing on high-value events that build real community connection while helping members secure vital CCEs.
🎯Strategic Visibility: Building partnerships in the broader corporate and local community that elevate our members and the coaching profession.
🎯Engaged Co-Creation: Inviting your ongoing feedback and wisdom to ensure the chapter remains entirely in service to you.
Being part of ICF Calgary is about belonging to an ecosystem that builds the infrastructure for your coaching success. Let’s build what comes next, together!
